I'm hoping someone can educate me on this one. Can anyone tell me if this is a type 1 or type 2 1981 Proof Set? I've included the mint mark on the Susan B. Anthony dollar and I'm hoping someone might be able to help. Thanks in advance...

It's all about the bulbs on the 81s... I think you have a type 2 but compare here

Looks to be a T-1 to me.

The S looks a lit more closed.

The S doesn't have the bulbs at the ends so I'll go with type 1.

well your SBA is a type one what about the others? I thought the type twos were kinda jumbled into the proof sets
like you may have a type 2 LMC but a type one SBA

I would put this as a Type-1.

I have been looking for the type-2 1979 & 1981 S SBA's lately and there are a few un-knowledgeable sellers on ebay trying to hawk type-1's as type-2's. These are raw coins, not graded. Usually the sellers post blurry pictures to camouflage mint mark.
