Hello all, your opinion and thoughts on this 1917 Lincoln Wheat cent. It is quite worn, but it looks like you can still see some notching on the 9 and 7, as well as, on the N and G in IGWT. Thank you for your help.

I don't think this is one. I always look at the RUS of TRUST as a pic up point

It's very difficult to determine if a 1917 cent is a DDO when it is under VG, yet alone under Fine.
