Why Is The Year Of The Coin Missing?

You can barely make out the second 9 and after that there is nothing there. Is this an error coin? The (19) is very clear. The back of the coin is in great shape. Report this Post to the Staff

I also have a 2000 dime and the last 0 is barely noticable and lower than the other 00's. This one (19 whatever) makes me laugh every time I try to figure it out. I really want to thank all you guys for being patient with me on all these questions and also dealing with my bad pictures. My curiousity about coins is ongoing but I'm slowly learning... It may be I was trying to hold the magnify glass to the phone while taking pictures and was to shaky. Plus the Lighting . Keeping my fingers crossed. Let's see if I can get them clearer and better.
