SsuperDdave Moderator United States 23522 Posts	Posted 08/21/2015 10:10 am Lovely coin, but the best which can be said of it is that it's typical of the quality of the single best-struck issue in the entire Morgan series. This coin is a testament to San Francisco's work in the early days of the series - look closely, especially at the reverse. The lettering is drawing towards the edges, indicating a really old die pair, and it's amazing they could coax a coin of this quality from such old dies. PL is likely impossible from such an old die pair, though. Report this Post to the Staff
