I agree Split-Line Doubling, split plating, Plating Split-Doubling. No matter what you call it it's; a split in the copper, revealing a light blue to greenish area (which is exposed zinc), that shadows a device and makes it appear doubled.
THank you for the information. I have a lot to learn and find the coin forum very interesting. So, split-line doubling must be a common occurance and this coin is not special.
