My daughter posted this video on my facebook wall showing how a $10.00 Bill was turned into a $50.00 Bill.
I replied if people don't know that Hamilton is on a $10.00 Note & Grant on a $50.00 Note, they deserve what they get...

Then I just watched the video with the sound on, and it sounds like this was done in the Far East and I guess they could trick someone as I sure as heck don't know who is on their currency...

Thought I would share it and listen to what comments others have on this..

Doctoring the corners to up-value a bill has been going on for a long, long time all around the world by all kinds of sleazeballs. I can see how this could easily be passed and accepted with just a casual glance.

The number one rule when dealing with money is KNOW YOUR MONEY!

I have a friend in the gem business that has a similar product where the note is a $five but the corners are $20. He obtained it in Bangkok on a buying trip. Knowing how he runs his business II do not believe he was taken.

Same, I once saw a kid at my college showing off a $100 bill, it was a 1 dollar bill with 100 in the corners
