This could possibly be an example of Feeder Finger Damage. Let's see what the experts say.

The diagonal line in the 5th bay could be a die clash rather than a rotated column. I didn't see any like it though on http://www.maddieclashes.com/ Like eagle-eye-18 said, the experts should know for sure what it is.

With these pictures you can see the second more faint extra line in the #5 bay.

Die gouges most likely from feeder fingers.

Because they don't extend past the Memorial, I'm thinking a die gouge. (it maybe a start of feeder fingers, but either not a premium coin) You might want to keep it for educational purposes. The bays are the outside edge of the die. Contact will affect the bays and fields the same as they are part of the outside face of the die.
