ICG VF 20 Large Cent , What's A Fair Price To Pay ?

I'd really like to find one that's a little higher grade but don't have a lot to spend .. I'm trying to find one in the 25-30 dollar range ! I think I will just start adding VF to XF coins bring offered at auction to my watch list and see what I can do like that ...
