I got my 6 pack in the mail today. Must say I'm a bit disappointed in the coloured quarter, I think it looks a bit cheap :( Otherwise I'm happy with the coins, especially the toonie, excellent subject :)

The coin shoppe has these on sale for $8.50 Canadian. Not sure what shipping is but if you are buying multiples of 5 or more it will be cheaper than most online auctions.

I have just seen the coloured quarter alone going for $3 at a local shop, and the toonie going for $4. Glad I got my 6 pack from the mint at face and free shipping :)

This is all I was able to get from the RCM's Facebook page. I'm not sure of their other coin exchanges:

Toronto - First Canadian Place, November 4, 2015, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Winnipeg - Winnipeg Mint Boutique, November 6 & 7, 2015
Ottawa - Canadian War Museum, November 11, 2015, 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Guys, do you really plan to go to exchange event and get some few quarters? (time, parking)

Take a look at other forum: people order entire rolls full boxes of them (i want a roll too)

At the old coin exchanges you could buy rolls. I remember I got five or so rolls of a few of the coins. It's only been recent exchanges that they've limited the number of coin exchanged.

I was able to get 7 rolls of quarters and 2 rolls of $2 coins today at my local bank. The teller even asked me if I was looking specifically for them. She gave me some but not all the rolls as she kept some for other collectors, which I can appreciate. I'll probably keep a couple rolls, open 2 other rolls & sell 3. I will open 1 roll of the $2 coins and keep the other.

Are most of the quarter and $2 rolls shrink wrapped or in paper rolls?

Although an admirable cause to remember, there are so many coins produced that in the future it's probably worth face value.
