Yes, the cameo is the frosty part on the details of the coin. Looks nice

That is the blunt 5, the more common.

That one looks like Strike Doubling on the date and edge of the bust. It doesn't taper on the tail of the 9. But still a great cameo coin. (Rare at this time because if is on the fresher dies you find this happening)
