I'll say one thing for sure...$2 bills are plentiful in this area. Very easy to get and the banks are eager to get rid of them.

Although I didn't spend it, I witnessed another student buy donuts from the teacher sign in (the DECA club sells them every Friday) with a 2 dollar bill!

These past two weeks even with wet weather we were closer to normal circulation for the farmers markets and bill paying at $1134. I had 150 acres flooded with the rains, thanks to the vigorous and successive storms. Today we have about 60 acres flooded. This is more than we have experienced in our area for well over 10 years and is rather disruptive. Fortunately only neighboring homes flooded not ours. This week's vegetable of the week is Baby Tuscan Chard, a sweet green from Italy that has lots of minerals and sweet flavor. We produce it year around....It grows well here in our part of California.
