I've picked out a couple DDO or TDO Kennedys over the years from roll finds. This one I actually bought for $10 which I thought was a reasonable premium over silver value. The seller identified it as variety FS-103; anybody know if that would be correct?

Thoughts on grade, quality, and/or value?

Is there a RPM on the mint mark?

Coop, there does appear to be a distinct horizontal ridge of metal inside the D, similar to what your image shows. Here's a lo-res enlargement that provides enough detail perhaps for a confirmation.

Then you have one from the same die pair I have. (Not sure of the die number at this time)

As the price of silver goes up; the value of these will also.
