Hello could someone tell me if this is a Close AM penny? I have compared it to other 1992 pennies and a 1998 penny and this am seems very close to me. Thank you :) and sorry for the low quality image

Nearly impossible to tell from the pics, but it is a Wide AM. You can tell because of the position of the FG to the base of the memorial.

It is really easy when you get used to it. Next time though, make sure you post a question about a vartiety in the variety section, rather than in your welcome post.

On the Close AM the "M" is to the left next to the "A" on AME on AMERICA. On the die AM, the "M" is centered between the A & M:
1992-Close-AM?
Note the location of the "M"?
