why even take out the pliers ? the flat clinch stapler and staples from Wizard is the best method. flat smooth and quick every time, Has never failed me.
Because I already have the stapler and the pliers. No need to spend money when what I have works.

Ive got a stapler and pliers that work for me.
Ive never experimented with any tapes or glues.
If Ranger Wonder Tape works for you, that is awesome.
My U.S. Cent album is 1.5x1.5's put in the 30 pocket pages with no staples, just folded.

I feel much better about my OCD tendencies after reading this thread. I'm fine with staples. When I pop coins out of 2x2s I just use a tooth pick to puncture the plastic and run it around the rim and the coin comes right out. Danger of staple damage.
