Nope haven't seen a single one. I've been voluntarily taking up the cash register position (seen as the crappy part of the job by most but I love it!) at work for this exact reason. I've been checking every "shiny" cent I come across and it looks like 2007 are still being pumped into the market in large amounts. I'm surprised though--mid/end January is usually when they start showing up.

Here in NW Florida, my first coin of the new year usually shows up around the first week in March.
Usually it's a cent, sometimes a nickel.
Strangely, most of the time it's a Denver coin.

I havn't seen all the 2003's yet. I don't expect to see any for some time yet. We don't tend to see the first new coins around here until around August. Sometimes the State Quarters do start showing up a little earlier. I expect to see the first 2008 State Quarter around May. |

Last week I posted about not being able to find 06-07 D pennies well yesterday I got a 06D .
I found an 07 D yesterday first one I've seen.

I've been wondering about the 08's too. I'm going to start bugging my bank for a roll of Lincolns.

I got 2008 denver penny in change recently. I bought 4 for fedboxs od pennys dated jan 22 2008. I think they all brand 2008 denver pennys. I will keep intact for 2009. Last year on them.

I've not seen any. Been calling the banks to see if they have any but no luck there either.
