I went looking through my papa's penny album and found this. What do you think this is?

Can you get a picture of the reverse, particularly the lower right of the righthand wheat stalk (4 o'clock position)? Probably a die crack there and possibly a Retained Cud. It happens a lot with that particular obverse.
Rest in Peace

Is there anything on the reverse between the right wheat stalk an rim? The date and mint mark die chips look similar to a couple of the 55S Retained Cuds listed here http://cuds-on-coins.com/lincoln-ce...09-1958-rcd/

Thanks for that link, Cuds on coins! I will try to remember where I put that coin and get a picture of the reverse at 4:00. Good grief, pennies everywhere!
