This coin is much Higher than a G-4 because the date is readable.

VG 10, w beautiful circulation cameo. The grade may be lower, but it is still lovely and appealing.

For (mostly) one-year-only designs, where the coin's date is self-evident just by looking at the design, the grading services usually focus on other areas of the coin to assign a grade.
