Bought this in a 20th century type set that appeared to be compiled in 1971 (all the modern coins were dated 1971, and appeared uncirculated). Showed this to a friend in a coin show last Saturday, he said AU 58, but did not have authority to buy for his boss.

What grade?
Should I slab? (I have a minimal amount in this coin.)
