Here is a 1971 LMC with 4 Rims which go around a third of the coin, Any thoughts. Does this mean it was struck more than once? Picture doesn't do it justice, but under a 10x loupe I can see them perfectly.

Business strike coins are only struck one time. Maybe it's a MAD.

Here's a better pick, could the coin get stuck and then struck multiple times?
It has a very high first rim, then these multiples go down the edge of the coin
