Is this considered an off-centered broadstrike? The edge of the coin doesn't have any reeding. Thanks, and is there any extra value in this coin even though there's verdigris on it?

Very nice-i would say broadstrike yes lets see what the experts say...theres a premium tho I'm not sure for this you can check eBay-did you find this?(fyi it was struck without the collar in place tho you may already know this)

No, I didn't know about the planchet. But yes, I did find this in a vending machine. Thanks for your information! I've read this is a common error for North Carolina quarters?

Uncentered broadstrike, the specific phrase "off centered" applies to coins struck outside of the collar and missing a portion of the design on both sides. Your broadstrike is probably worthy around $10 in that condition, nice find
