EF-45, most of these come weakly struck.
Forgot to mention, your coin looks like one of the hoard coins that came out of Guadalcanal Solomon Islands in the 1980's. I bought a bunch of these also, all dated 1941-S, 1942-S, 1943-S. They were left behind by US troops when they pulled out and Australian currency went into use there.

I see xf45 too. Maybe clean gunk with acetone. Make the eye appeal better....then again it's not mint state so it's your call.

Interesting This is possible as I bought it from an Aussie who is now living in NZ saying these were his fathers coins. Yes it will get a dunking.  Grades I would have thought OBV VF25 and REV EF40-5 Cheers Don
