I don't know what's listed in Charlton, but found several errors on this obv.3. There is a die crack on the V, and what look to be tool marks from the rim where the denticles are very flat. There are many other similar little lines around the coin.

Die cracks are very common on the Vicky 5 cent silvers..

..but the short straight marks (possible tool marks) are different from what we usually see on these
