I can't seem to find this coin anywhere and I have been searching like crazy. Can anyone point me in the right direction or let me know a little about it.

Like you I thought it might be a copy of an Alexandrian tetradrachm for Antoninus Pius, so I checked for it in Curtis and Milne. I cannot read the left side of the obverse, but based on the right ANTWNINOC Milne lists the obverse as a type B. However neither of these authorities list this reverse in combination with this obverse.
Unless you can find something in more recent authorities, I am inclined to think the OP coin is a tourist piece of modern manufacture.
