First one is a modern British pound coin, worth about US $1.60 in exchange. These are very commonly faked (overstruck on an African coin that uses the same planchet), but yours looks to be genuine.
Second is from Austria. It is 43.8% silver. NGC lists it at $10 in that condition, but they usually tend to be generous with their catalog values. I would say $5-8 would be reasonable.
