The filled coin bags are weighed on a scale to make sure the contents are properly packed. Conder101 Bedrock of the Community United States 17884 Posts	Posted 02/25/2016 6:21 pm That's why you can't find really high grade coin even in the rolls the mint sells. They go through these same handling steps and suffer the same damage as the coins of new coins you get at the banks. That's why finding high grade business strike coins that don't have nicks, scratches, and contact marks is so difficult. Report this Post to the Staff
