1833 Bust Half (Still Learning To Spot Cleaned)

Half Pillar of the Community United States 606 Posts	Posted 02/25/2016 4:17 pm I can see a number of small scratches going in different directions on the obverse. I am not really sure what to make of the odd black marks on the obverse and the scratches are present there as well.
