Question on RCM website: "I was told in an email from my rep that these was only 7000 cases for sale. I read on the RCM website that there will be cases manufactured according to demand. Does this mean that the "mintage" for these cases may exceed 7000?" Answer: There is no mintage and these cases will be produced to demand. At this time, we cannot say how many cases we will sell in total." I'm not impressed.

Exactly if the RCM is willing to crank out more 30.00 item for the sake of extra profits, what stops them from doing the same with a popular coin, the Perth Mint did this has never really recovered from it.

Just to add all they had to do was create a different colour 20 for 20 cases and problem solved

Mine should arrive today. Hopefully it is at least a decent product.

Got mine today...looks nice. Decent quality and attractive deep chocolate brown colour. Smaller than I anticipated.

Not as bulky as anticipated, touch larger than a cigar box. Good home for the 20 for 20's.

Where's the mailman? After hearing only positive remarks about this box, the anticipation is building. Glad to hear it's smaller than expected.

My 20 for 20 box came today as well, looks good, but I see one future flaw in it.... where the lid pivots to open it, I foresee the "hinge" breaking eventually since its only press cardboard/papper etc. I could be wrong , time will tell I guess.Still nice for 30 bucks.

Just got mine in the mail and was pretty excited to open it up and get it filled. It was smaller than I expected, almost a little too small in my opinion. For some reason I guess the $20 Canoe cardboard cover was made a bit bigger than the other "long" style covers and doesn't fit underneath the tray. I will have to cut a little bit off each edge so it can fit. The quality of it is pretty good for being cardboard, doesn't seem like its cheaply made. I don't like how the coins don't fit snug in the holes though (I am hoping this is not just the case with mine) as it makes me nervous when I open the top tray that all the coins are going to start falling out.

You are correct Solar Penny. Little bit of nit picking but the case is not big enough to hold the larger folders which seems like a big oversight by the Mint. They made it for the square certificates that only came later in the series. And the coins are very loose in the slots. The other quibble is that it's labelled as "2011-2015 COLLECTOR SET" yet the Winter Fun $25 coin is dated 2016 (even though it was issued in late 2015). That sort of incongruence can cause some of us a great deal of distress. Oh yeah, and the anti-mold patches included with the box should tell us something about well the Mint thinks this case will age.

Just opened mine. The quality of the case is better than I was expecting. The $30, I'm happy with it. I'm still not through getting over "the supplying the demand" but for $30, time will heal the wound. All in all, if you already have all these coins, I'd say go for it and buy this box.

Im glad I passed on this case and saved my 30 bucks. It would drive me nuts that all the cardboard certificates wont fit in the case......and especially drive me nuts that it has 1 2016 coin in it......haha that's just dumb IMO......plus I don't collect the coloured ones....so there would be 2 empty spaces....that I could of used to show the back of 2 coins like the young queen and older queen...but since it has the pictures printed on it, would look goofy.
I got the lighthouse one and I'm glad I did...even though its a bit more money......but was thinking of this one for my son....but he doesn't have all the designs, just the ones he likes, so pass

The images of the folders look like they're just stickers. You might be able to peel them off and put whatever $20 for $20 coins you want in this box.

In the question box on the RCM site .They said it was printed on the box. Not really a fan of the printed pictures .Would of preferred it to just be the colour of the box

What is meant by anti mold patches. I just placed my order today. How loose are the coins in the box. Is it the size of the shipping boxes the mint uses for individual coins.
