It looks like it could be what is called a rim Cud, but it's a little difficult to tell from pics. If it is raised above the rim then yes.

There are some listed here, but none like yours. Consider getting it listed:

Yes, it appears to be raised a little. Is it the same as an ordinary Cud?

A rim Cud is when a piece breaks off of the collar. A Cud is when a piece breaks off the die. So no it is not a Cud.
