Odd Wear On LWC 195?

See pics. Was looking through a Wheat hoard and found this. Never seen this type of wear. Do you think it's PMD or bad strike/die?

On the reverse, you can see a shadow of the "N", but nothing from the "O". On the obverse, it looks like there should be maybe a "5" there, but the wear pattern is odd. Thoughts?

Put it in a 2x2 and tell your friends it's a 195 s AD cent, very rare and old.

PSD - Post Strike Damage

PMD - damage from coin rolling machine, someone ground off a mintmark, plating a 1943 Steel Cent with copper, anything not done at the mint
