your pictures are very blurry/out of focus, and from those pictures it just looks like roadrash
Might be a keeper only from the fact no one will take it. (maybe a bank will take it)

As others are saying ...it does look like that dime suffered a lot of damage after leaving the mint.

Is it a keeper? That's ultimately up to you. Is it worth anything? About a buck if it's 64 or older (64 and older are 90% silver). It doesn't look like silver to me, if that's the case it's worth 10 cents. That thing has lived a hard life...

Appears to have a mintmark above the date so it isn't silver. That makes it a horribly abused clad dime that was worth 10 cents BEFORE it was abused.
