im pretty new to the error collecting and I must tell you that the hardest coins I have found to look at are the late 70's early 80's they all look big and fuzzy. but from what I have learned here it does not look like a doubled die.

Coppercoins lists three different DDOs for this year. But your coin looks like a normal one. The devices on the large date coins often trick us into thinking it is a doubled die, but it isn't, just normal. Here is a normal large cent with the 1982P-1D0-002:
