One of the three 1946 S wheaties I have found while crh looks different the the other two.
The S is extremely wide.

Does anyone have any examples of one like this 46 or otherwise?

I have pics I can upload.
Rest in Peace

I posted a pic yesterday & the person who responded did not address my question.

Shall I upload the same pic and/or addition ones to this post or just direct you to my other post?

I checked out your picture. There is a difference in the S, but PMD might be a most likely cause for it.
The reason I say this is because of the wear pattern on the 4, if the MM is in the path of the wear, it will flatten and enlarge what part it hits first, which may be the middle of the S.

Best to leave the images on the site. That way other readers of this thread can see them.
