Does this look like a lamination error? Appears to be some separation but I assumed it was just something to do with the plating issues of 43.

Looks to be plated. Not an expert but if it was lamination on the edge it would run parallel to the edge

Yes that was my thought. Maybe it's the lighting but the steel looks like an odd tone

Haha the loop seemed convenient at the time Coop. I weighed it and everything checks out with a typical Steely so it's on to the next coin I suppose
