Poor Lincoln , found last night in a roll from the bank , all the coins were very dirty, sticky ,with a lot of green stuff and rust , almost missed that 1920...
For sure the worst wheat I had found so far lol
I will keep until find a better one

I keep them regardless of condition.
Nice find despite the verdigris
(I just don't keep ones like this with the other ones....a few bad ones can spoil the batch!)
You did a good thing rescuing this near 100 year old coin from the wild and any further "hard times"....

Nothing a long acetone bath will not clean up.

Bad condition... sure. But nice find nonetheless.

You now belong to the relatively low percentage from a population of over seven billion people who can say they have found a 1920 LWC in circulation!

I am always excited by such finds for the sheer novelty and thrill of it.

Looks corroded beyond recovery. Move on to find a better example.
