About spelling.

In view of the new Belarusian rubles time manufacturing have certain characteristics. In particular, put into circulation banknotes sample 2009 taken by the facsimile signature occupied at that time as Chairman of the Board of the National Bank of Belarus Pyotr Prokopovich. In addition, the new banknote in denomination of 50 rubles inscription "pyatsdzesyat", which does not correspond to the currently effective rules of Belarusian orthography. In accordance with the law of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2008 #8470;420-Z "On rules of the Belarusian orthography and punctuation" word should be written by the letter "ya" in the second syllable - "pyatsdzyasyat".
But this contradiction is only now noticed and decided not to change anything. Only when overprinting of money will be amended.

According to the former head of the National Bank of Belarus Stanislav Bogdanovich, people will feel only positive effects of the denomination, as inflation reduction measures will be strengthened.

"When a denomination carried out previously, the common people do not feel the positive effects just because simultaneously with its implementation did not take adequate measures to promote competition in the consumer market is not limited to lending unprofitable sector, and a budget. As a result, people perceived as synonymous with inflation denomination "- said Stanislav Bogdanovich.

Thus, the expert notes that the population has felt a positive effect, it is necessary simultaneously with the denomination reduce public spending, increase competition, restrict the money supply and reduce the level of credit loss-making sector.

"In this case, the denomination will be useful for the country's economy and population", - said Stanislav Bogdanovich.

The expert noted that the denomination is preferably carried out in the event that the annual inflation rate did not exceed 3-5%. In Belarus, at the end of 2015, inflation is projected at 15-18%.

"I hope - said the former head of the National Bank - Inflation will still be reduced at least to 8% next year. It's tough, but really, if you limit budget spending, lending unprofitable enterprises. Do not interfere in the free pricing in the market. It is not easy to do, but for a while there. "

In any case, the expert said, the main issue - to ensure lower inflation and stabilization in the consumer market: "In this case, the small disadvantages of the denomination in the form of rounding of prices will be invisible to the public."

At the Financial Analyst Study Group BusinessForecast.by Alexander Mucha surprising date of the denomination: "It would be logical to take the time and spend from 1 January 2017. It would be better for the statistical and accounting. "

It is an expert question and the financial basis on which the process is scheduled denomination: "I will not leave inflation. While it slows down to single-digit zone inflation before 2017 we did not enter. And it is necessary to carry out denomination when the rate of inflation slowed down for a few years, at least two. "

Among the negative consequences of the denomination named Alexander Mukha possible increase in demand for foreign currency: "This period will be short term, but will happen. Features of the population are not infinite, so the delta demand for the currency as compared to the impact of seasonal factors will be negligible. "

Alexander Mukha believes that a temporary increase in the prices people will feel little, but the denomination will simplify payment transactions both between legal and natural persons. the scale of cashless payments also increase.

"I have a feeling that the denomination and the appearance of the coins - a demonstration of the seriousness of the intentions of the National Bank to reduce inflation. In addition, it shows that the National Bank's actions have political support for the president, "- concluded the expert.

Another denomination of the Belarusian ruble will not affect the national economy, said a senior analyst at Forex broker "Alpari" Vadim Iosub.

According to him, the denomination is "not economic, and technical measures" that "has its psychological effects."

"We'll have to calculate not hundreds of thousands, millions, and normal amounts, - the economist said. - But from an economic and financial point of view, it is absolutely neutral event - the price of it will not grow and not decrease, the rate of foreign currencies also rise or fall. "

Asked whether it is planned to conduct the next denomination of the Belarusian ruble, no single answer, the expert said. He recalled that the issue "was quite a long time", and now because the Belarusian national currency "in terms of nominal value - a cheap currency."

The former management of the National Bank, said Iosub, has repeatedly stated that the denomination should be carried out only after the inflation will be below 10%. The expert did not undertake to assume why the authorities decided to remove extra zeros from the Belarusian ruble in 2016, when inflation is projected at 12%.

Thank you, I am very pleased that someone is interested in Belarusian coins. The reaction to their controversial design: some people like it, some do not. But, nevertheless, I think that their appearance - an event in the world of numismatics. That's why I try to tell more.
Although, for example, because of the denomination July 1 will not work most of the post offices and bank branches will be disruptions to the operations on credit cards, etc.

But I will try to put photos of real coins, as they will have me.

What should be ready in the first hours after the denomination
- Difficulties with bank transfer. Already the whole of Belarus plunged into financial silence. No work cards, ATMs, terminals, Internet banking. Banks have promised that by the morning of the "life" in the high-tech starts to come back, but do not rule out failure.
- Non-performing banks and exchangers. On the morning of July 1, many of them open. And on weekends, too - the banks will be to reconfigure the software. For all normal life will return on Monday, July 4th.
- Inability of many payments. It is hardly necessary today to try to pay for a mobile phone, internet or communal. Those who did not manage to do so, will have to wait at least a day, maybe more. Temporary cease to provide services to a post office, travel agencies, gas stations will accept cash only. Now you can not book tickets on planes, trains and so on.
- Queues. The first time, they will occur very often, and not because of a shortage. Cashiers will get used to the new money, just like us, so please be patient.
