My first ancient greek coin. Can anyone help me ID it? It was suggested it may be from Taras/Tarentum, but I haven't found a photo match to that end.

Who's the bust of? Is there a denomination?


It's 2.8 grams, about 1.4mm in diameter. Goldy/silver color. Reverse is much more indistinct than the obverse. Is it a standing lion on the left?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure what it is pretending to be, but in any case... It is not a genuine ancient Greek coin.
