I've been trying something new and I wanna see what you guys think. I'm teaching myself to grade properly,(hopefully) and honestly, and verify any errors or varieties with as much accuracy as I can so I can learn more and build my credibility. I'm not entirely sure what attributing a coin is but, I'll get it figured out. This is my 1st attempt. Let me know if I should add, change, or I miss any important details or you feel my rating for a grade is fair, to generous, or underrated.

I STUPIDLY forgot the most important pic, of the actual DDO Which is his ear. But, it is. Check out wexler's doubled dies.
I'm actually only using my cell ! I sometimes use my loop over the camera lens for better, clearer, magnification but, that its really hard and I take dozens of pics sometimes before I get one clearly enough to use

What you are seeing in the fields are just a die disturbance. As mentioned, it is not a doubled die. Hub doubling raises the devices, just like the other devices. So the area you are looking at is not an area that would show a doubled die. The ear took a hit. (Hub doubling on a coin will enlarge the devices. I'm not seeing that on your coin. sorry
