These coins have waited 114 years for their 15 minutes of fame. Not pretty, but they did their service to their country. I greatly admire the Barber series.

The 1891-O Morgan mintage includes the strongest "Clash E" variety, VAM 1A. This example is worn, cleaned, and retoned but nevertheless shows the E quite clearly.

I only just noticed this thread. I looked around and realized I don't have many coins from New Orleans, but I gathered what I could find and took some pictures. First of all, a bit of catch-up: 1. 1846-O Seated half. I know the two sides look like different coins, but trust me, they are one and the same.  2. 1884-O Morgan dollar. This belonged to my great-grandfather, and was an early addition to my collection.  Now, today's coin. 1892-O Barber dime. A former 7070 hole filler, this has had a rough life.
