Hey guys

I came across this coin on ebay , I'm interested in the coin as its a pretty tough date In AU ...
In my opinion the coin looks maybe AU53 but PCGS says questionable Color ...
Honestly I think the coin has a shot at a problem free Holder if resubmitted , maybe to ANACS or ICG as it seems PCGS throws that out there a lot ...

What do you guys think ?

Not sure about being re-colored, but I don't care for the abraded surfaces on both sides. If this is from cleaning, it might be an indication of why the re-coloring was attempted.
Rest in Peace

It looks to me like the scuffs on the obverse in front of the nose and on the reverse above ONE are from wear N tare rather than tiny hairlines from a cleaning?
Since I just Won the coin hopefully that's the case , I also would expect the holder to indicate a cleaning rather than just quest color ?
Never the less considering this coin in AU 50 books for 150+ and I got it for a about a third of that I think I'll be happy with it ...
