2016-P Shawnee Qtr What Are These Markings From?

thats pretty cool coincents .....isn't there some world coin? with marks like that called guitar or harp strings variety ? ...that's what this reminds me of.....i like it !

Ter215 I'm not sure but I think maybe I remember a canadian cent variety having one of those names assigned to it-i may be wrong but I think thats where I remember it from?

I can't find it now, but it seems I remember an error coin called a 'banjo.'

Couldn't find anything with the search terms I was using for Banjo or die scrapes, oh well.

Anyways, one other question I am curious on. From the Mike Diamond website referenced - his examples are all on the reverse - so his die scrapes are going WNW to ESE direction. Mine is on the obverse going from ENE to the SSW - is this because the scrapes are on the obverse?

My first thought was Feeder Finger Damage but when I looked it up I couldn't find anything that matched those terms and this coin.

I have a much older quarter with the same odd marks and I remember reading somewhere that it was Feeder Finger Damage. I cannot remember where I read it.

Anyway -- is the timing off during production and the feeder finger scraping the die?
