I am not very good at the DDO. Here is a link to Wexler's page for the 1909. See if you can match any of the markers and post some images then of the wheat ear, etc. http://doubleddie.com/287322.html

That is an awesome looking wheatie. I don't know if it is a DDO or not. Can't see or your coin isn't displaying the die markers for any of the Wexler's listing. For the WDDR-002 you would have a die chip in the B For WDDR-001 & WDDR-003 you would have the die crack running from the head through the E in WE and in WDDR-003 you would also have Die crack off the right wheat ear. All of these may not even matter if you have an EDS - the experts will help you out.

I'm no expert, but on the top right of the B in LIBERTY there looks like a small die chip, may be just the lighting. The B also does look like it has prominent hub doubling. I do not think it is MD. It may be a DDO.

I'm pretty sure that is not a doubled die, going from the photos you posted. The die crack on the reverse was a fairly common place for die cracks. Your die crack doesn't match the crack on the known doubled dies and neither does the doubling. I don't see any doubling on your coin. That is an amazing coin to find roll hunting!

I agree with CWB. This is not one of the DDO's 1909P-1DO-001 1909P-1DO-002 The bottom dark coin is a normal coin, not the DDO-002. Markers for this die: Your coin is just a normal coin. A very nice coin, but from a normal die.

That's a pretty nice find!
Always remember- Look for the variety and then for the die markers.

maybe this can show what I see... pictures are the same with and without markers... lighting issues again maybe?

markers for R.T.Y in LIBERTY are not very accurate markers, but from what I can see, the die is somewhat in that designated area

The biggest difference on the 1909P-1DO-002 is the zero on the date. But seeing a side by side will show that your coin is a normal coin: Markers mean nothing without the hub doubling present.
