Hey, I just picked up this doubly clipped Indian Head cent. I have doubts of this, but it is from a reputable seller on ebay. What do you think in terms of authenticity of the error? Do you think it's worth it to submit it to a TPG?

Looks cleaned sadly, definetely NOT worth sending to a TPG, not at all, might be worth $7 to 10 bucks IMO.

Closer images would help a lot more. Here is a Flying Eagle cent that has a small clip.
1907-Doubly-Clipped-Indian-Head-Cent
Note the denticals on this one. Note they fade away from that rim. That is something to look for on your coin.
