I just can't see ICCS missing so badly with such an obviously doctored coin. Missing something this big is a huge hit to there reputation. Also they are usually decently strict with there various cameo attributions requiring both sides to be equally frosty on real deal coins, obviously they look nothing like this. DBM Pillar of the Community Canada 9864 Posts	Posted 10/16/2016 3:48 pm The dollar on the right was treated to the same swabbing with J&M dip a number of years ago, it's barely noticeable in the pic, it has started to retone. The dollar on the left which I swabbed yesterday still has a bit of shine on the queen, it does not have the matte look of a true cameo.The coin in question appears to have a true matte cameo, I don't believe this effect can be achieved with one or even a few meetings with coin dip, I believe that coin was at least HC before it was rendered ugly.
