I've been trying to VAM this '21 and I haven't had much luck.I have gone through the die break list but none of them match up.It doesn't have any scribbles or doubling that I can see.
What caught My interest was the die chip on the upper part of "G" in GOD.
Obverse:Die break from the V of the neck to the denticles under the first left star.
Die break going across the bottom of the date down to the denticles below the first right star.
Die break from the "M" down across stars 6,5,and to the denticles.
Reverse:Die break from eagles right wing tip to the denticles.
From "S" to "S",across the top,on STATES.
Die break at "O" and another one starting at the left side "F" extending over to the eagles left wing tip and up to the denticles, then down across "AMER" of AMERICA.
Die break from the second "L" in DOLLAR up to the leaves.
I'm hopeing someone can point Me in the right direction. Thanks!

I think it's an earlier die state (than the plate coin) of VAM-3P obverse die 2. http://www.vamworld.com/1921-P+VAM-3P

GREAT eye Dave! I can hardly see the gouge in the photos. Did you enlarge photos, or what?!

No, lol, Nate, I actually got the attribution off the crack guide. The wing gouge was after viewing the 3P page and that was the smoking gun.
