I had to upload the picture to the hosting site as it was too large to post directly on here, It should be large enough to see the details. Please let me know if you have seen this before and if you know an approximate value for it. I appreciate your help guys.

V195 was my assumption as well solely based on the title of the thread, but you may wish to check VAM-195A as well, which has die chips near the ear on OBV.

Both are relatively common so have very little or no premium above what a typical 1878 of that type would sell. Still, good eye noticing the broken D, and welcome to the world of VAMming ;)
