@New
MoneyPenney said good thing If you planning to continue such spending, split the accounts - you legal way will increase your eligibility for high tiers MC perks. (unless there more higher tiers, that we not aware of)

Quote: Leave the business side of coin collecting to the local coin ships, they do it right, honestly, and legally.
It is not illegal nor dishonest to buy more than one coin. Especially when there were no rules broken; there was no limit on how many coins you could buy in the beginning.

Also @MoneyPenney
It isn't about the extra $200.00.
I have this new silver dollar coming to me for FREE from a dealer to thank me for my business. More of my dollars will be going to this company.

@MoneyPenney Oh yes there were rules. I have it in writing from my rep. So, the rules have been broken. Don't ever believe that I will let RCM off the hook for this one at all. I have asked for an investigation.

To have multiple accounts to receive an item like this each account would need to be set to a different address, as the limit applies to 1 household, not 1 member.

Sure. No problem. I own multiple properties. I could have 6 different addresses with no problem I thought I could be honest and maybe honoured and thanked for my business. I guess that is not the way with the RCM

I will be cancelling many orders with RCM. My rep is in for a shock. I will cherry pick what I want with advance notices and then send the rest of my business to dealers. They are the most grateful and generous.

Good luck, from my experience it takes persistence to get to someone willing to lesson, but there are people in the organization interested in improving their business.

@New1954 Dealing with big company, such as RCM, is just like dealing with Canada Post. They are way too big to improve on their system & strategy & take them forever to reform. Dealers, in another case, will try to satisfy customers in any way they can, just to survive. RCM's distributing strategy on hot coins always caused debates due to small mintage quantity. No way RCM can satisfy ALL customers.

RCM gives their dealers up to 30% off the retail price. RCM would rather sell directly.

I thought it was 15% discount and not 30%.

Good for you New1954, and I'm sure that if you spend $10 000+ you'll be able to get a couple of "RCM's One Per Household" Coins from them. We know dealers have ways of getting things us common folks can't.
