Not an assumption. Read back a bunch of pages and you'll see a member posting screen shots of multiple coins on single orders. I believe that person has received those coins or at the very least, the orders were not cancelled. The only assumption is that the user is being truthful which granted, on an internet forum, may be a stretch.
I also seriously doubt, though I could be wrong, that anyone has 6 platinum plus accounts with the mint and at least one person has said he received 6 from the Mint (via rep and on-line orders).
In my experience, anything a rep says has a good chance of being false or uninformed and meant only to appease.

Ok, I maybe shooting myself in the foot here but I think the system should be fair. I have a Platinum Plus account (ONE). I ordered 4 Library of Parliament Coins and received all 4, here's how it happened; - As soon as the coin was available I rushed to get an order in, I visited here afterwards and saw posts saying there was no limit on how many could be ordered . - I when back to mint.ca, it was still available so I ordered 2 more - Later in the day the limit to 1 per household was in play and I noticed both my orders wasn't on my account - Suspecting my orders were cancelled because of the 1 per household rule I placed another order for 1 - For the days after ordering, it only showed 1 order on my account for 1 coin but 2 days before the orders were being filled, all 3 orders were visible and all 4 coins were sent 1+2+1

Same here. Rep told me one only, so ordered from rep. Next day I went on web and ordered another. The web order then disappeared. The web order appeared the following week. So mysterious. Received the web order one week prior to the one I ordered through the rep. Last week received my order placed via rep. What a joke their system is. Now I have 2 from RCM. Go figure!!

Quote: Ok, I maybe shooting myself in the foot here but I think the system should be fair Now, everyone on the forum aware of the secret rule: "If you see "hot" coin available on the RCM website - load it as your budget allows in order not regret later" well, you might regret later, if the coin will turn out Dyno-2. What is bother me: if someone has a budget to maintain annually Platinum Prestige Plus MC at RCM, does he/she care to get this coin for CAD 180 or 400? Or in other words: Do people really try to maintain high level MC status to be sure, that they would get some coins for issue?

YES people spend thousands on the 20-4-20. 100-4100$. etc,, just for the sole purpose of getting to higher levels. then redeem them at the bank.. that is why the mint is trying to clamp down on that practice.. and yes all the money for money coins count towards masterclub levels, they just don't count towards rewards..

Yes, I forgot about XforX coins, that redeemable. Otherwise, it doesn't worth to spend thousands, just to save a hundreds.

My MC coin is still processing also, ordered it on October 26.
The $200 for $200 I ordered on October 12 is also still processing.
I emailed my rep yesterday asking when they would be shipped and got this response....."No current ETA when those two items will be delivered right now - both backordered."

Yeah ditto. Worst customer service ever. And still free no wooden box lol.
It's like we are heading back to 2012 when it was necessary to track the shipping delays just to know what I ordered. Back then, delays were routinely 2-6 months.

They just don't care about customer service or customer satisfaction. I don't understand why I receive requests to fill out their dumb surveys when its just to waste my time. All the RCM wants is to send them $$$ and they'll decide when its convenient for them to fill out their orders and promises and if they don't to bad for you, just send them more money or they will harass you to tell them why your not spending money.
