Nice find. I have a bunch of those Russian rubles from 92, but have not looked too closely at them. Will have to dig them out and see if I can find anything interesting.

harpua, if you bought it at the auction is likely to be absent defects. At one time I was in Russia and to take these coins in shops when shopping. I was able to collect about eight hundred! Now a pair of kilograms of rubbish!)))

That is a serious die crack. I don't collect world any longer but that would be one I'd be tempted to grab.

The 1992 - 1993 Russian coins of the smaller denomination (1, 5, 10, 20 rubles) have been somewhat underrated. I went through a huge batch a while back and found some interesting errors.
