Hello all,
I am hopeful someone will recognize this medal and its origins. I am thinking it may be European, but I am not certain. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

My best guess is it from The Temple of Rats.

Was thinking maybe the medal had something to do with the rat problem in World War I.

I'm thinking olives and olive trees + mice on one side. Vine leaves and a straw covered bottle on the other. Italy maybe?

It may be Italian. Maybe it is mice & grapes? Vineyard perhaps.
