I've never seen a catalogue that gives a breakdown of mintage figures for the different regnal years, so I don't think any records exist.
Victorian mintage figures are not always accurate, in any case, since they usually refer to the number of coins of a particular denomination minted in a calendar year, not necessarily those bearing a particular date. A classic example is the 1869 bronze penny, which is very scarce despite a recorded mintage of 2,580,480: it is thought that many of the pennies struck that year were from dies dated 1868 - that penny is much commoner than 1869 despite a much lower mintage figure of 1,182,720.
